The holiday’s are a hectic time. It’s completely understandable that many of us lose our cool and our minds at some point in December.
This year, in the midst of all the chaos, Christmas joy and hullabaloo, it seems Amazon and several other retailers have lost track of their calendars.
Don’t worry Amazon, I’m here to correct the situation. On a page labeled After-Christmas Sales the e-tail giant has mistakenly posted that deals will start on December 23. A case of simple oversight, I’m sure.
By definition, an After-Christmas Sale can’t start before the 26th of December, it’s a simple matter of fact. If it is before Christmas, it’s not possible for something to be defined as after-Christmas.
Not to mention that an After-Christmas Sale that takes place before Christmas will only encourage the procrastinators. Don’t reward them for their lack of planning.
Some of us like to believe that Christmas is still about something other than gifts. Don’t crush our spirits.
