This Independence Day, the strange and occasionally wonderful trending algorithms of Twitter have given me the perfect segue to one of the greatest Fourth of July films: #IndependanceDay.
While I know the temptation to call out this spelling error/typo is great, I hope that we all can find it in our better selves to instead lean into the wordplay. Because it’s just begging for a James Cagney gif…
