On this day in 1953, Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay became the first explorers to reach the peak of Mt. Everest. This incredible example of the perseverance of the human spirit and ingenuity serves as an inspiration to this day.
And today as so many of us across the U.S. return to work after a three-day, holiday weekend, I hope we’re all able to pull on that human spirit and ingenuity. But if you need an extra boost, I understand.
So, for the occasion, I’ve pulled together some #TuesdayMotivation to get us all going this week. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy, but I am saying it will be easier than climbing Mount Everest.
Good luck out there, explorers….
