Happy Sunday soccer (aka football) fans!
We say soccer (still aka football) fans, because we assume at this point that most of the U.S. has either jumped on the World Cup bandwagon, or has been shamed into it. With over 11 million tuning in for Monday’s game against Ghana, some of you were our of the loop at the water cooler on Tuesday morning.
If you’d like to avoid that situation tomorrow, we highly recommend tuning in for this evening’s match: U.S. vs Portugal.
Show some national pride and have something to add to the conversation around the water cooler tomorrow.
Let’s face it internationally speaking, there’s plenty for the U.S. to be less than proud of, so seize the opportunity to support an admirable international effort by our country.
The game’s at 6/5 CT (although coverage starts at 5:30/4:30 CT), and all you really need to know going in is that it will be hot. Like Amazon hot, and with the added bonus of being as humid as hades.
