I met Chris Fontenot and his lovely wife Hilary last year at our Fresh & Local Farmer’s Market in Damascus. As someone who has attended the Jazz & Heritage Festival 11 different years I consider myself a Cajun Food Critic. Oh jeez, I love the food so it was a fast friendship between us.
