It’s been a sloggish week. Housing issues put us in a hotel for the last few days, and though the hotel was warm and welcoming, it wasn’t home. It also had pretty slow internet.
My little family and myself spent most of our time considering alternate Klingon realities, and other silly such stuff. We also:
- Drank some clearance wine
- Watched True Detective
- Found an amazing new litter
- Played Candyland and lost to a 4-year-old who cheated
- Ate a lot of Mediterranean food
- Bought a peppermint candle that smells like happiness
- Got turned down for a job (first time ever!)
- Talked to a man about a car
- Took notes on our weirder conversations
- Played Fluxx
I also made my first video blog, and I’d super appreciate it if you watched it. It’s about why it’s okay to be grossed out by the stuff that lands on cars.
I’ve been thinking of doing the “Vlog Every Day for April”. If this is awful, or just not as good as a warm blog– that’d be good to know. I’m tagging this as “What the Blog Won’t Tell You” because it should give you an idea as to:
