It’s been said (by someone) that mother know’s best and today as we celebrate all mothers it’s best we all remember the truth of that statement.
I think a lot of people out there interpret that as meaning that your mother is always right, but I think the meaning goes much deeper.
It’s not about being right, it’s about having your best interest at heart. And that is a sentiment worth celebrating and honoring every day, but most especially today. So step away from the internet. Put your phone down (unless your calling your mother) and go thank the mothers in your life.
With that, I’d like to wish a Happy Mother’s Day to the 2WC’s own mother and to all the mother’s out there. I hope the day is everything you want it to be.
