LEARN - Even Boring Photos Can Be Better with Apps

Who needs a fancy camera when you have an iPhone and a few apps?  Even a boring photo like the one I took of a water bottle in our car can be turned into something interesting.
Here's the before out of focus shot taken with my iPhone.

Using iPhoto, I cropped it to a square size, and then added a light effect with LensLight.

Then I had some fun with the Pixlr-o-matic app to make it a rather interesting photo after all.

Imagine what you could do if the original photo was great instead of ho-hum!
