Legalizing Documents in the Netherlands Embassy

After the DFA Authentication you will need to go to the Netherlands Embassy but first you need to do this following:

• You need to pay 700php (VFS Service fee) and 100php (Union Bank Service fee) to the nearest Union Bank in the account name of Netherlands Embassy under VFS holding account. You will need to bring a copy of your passport when you pay the fees at the bank. (no copy of passport, no payment)
• You need to wait for 24 hrs or 1 business day before you book your appointment by calling the hotline +63 2 789 4903, via email: info.nlph@vfshelpline.com or via Online Appointment. Call Monday- Friday from 7:00am- 4:00pm.
• After securing your appointment day bring a copy of your passport or ID, passport, documents that needed to be legalized and the fee 1540php per 5 documents. Applicable fee is per the current exchange rate, and subjected to change.
