Actually, I didn't take a swim even in that enchanting and inviting blue sea. It was only the super youngsters who dare to swim under the scorching heat of the sun and the clear blue-sky. Me, sis and Hana we're just contented with the beautiful scenery and the sweet- smelling fresh air. Susan Beach as you can see in the above photo was established just few years ago. So it's new and not yet discovered by many. It's located in Maasim, Sarangani Province. You can get there in less than 30 minutes from General Santos City riding a Van or a Jeepney just in case you're a traveler. It's a white-sand beach like the other popular white sand beaches of Gumasa, Glan, Sarangani. About the amenities, it doesn't have any pool yet, as I said it is new. But you can take an unlimited swim over the blue-sea which is facing the other portion of Sarangani Province. The sea water is so clear that you can enjoy catching up small fishes or picking up starfishes. You can relax in their beautifully made cottages while surveying the totality of the resort which is enclosed by mountain ranges or take a stroll in the shore all the way to the next resort, and that is Lemlunay Resort, another tourist and diving spot in the municipality. The entrance fee is so affordable and reasonable. But I assure you that it would be a totally different kind of experience for you'll feel like you're outside of the Philippines. I guess, something great awaits in this little town to happen, and that is, economy-boosting through tourism. And this post is my little and simple way of contributing into the economy of a town that is so dear to me. =)
