Happy Memorial Day! It’s the unofficial first day of the summer and that means one thing to many…grilling.
Sure you can grill in January, but if you’re not standing over a blazing fire in 90 degree heat is it really grilling?
Of course now that I’ve brought it up, I feel obligated to tell you prospective grillers to be careful. Remember: Safety first.
Some important things to keep in mind: flames travel upwards, liquor and fire don’t mix, if you put it in the fire it will probably burn, and there is such a thing as too much lighter fluid.
Good, now I feel better. If you burn your eyebrows off it’s on your own head now. So with that, have a fun, safe, and Happy Memorial Day!
