Whether we want to admit it or not we are all consumers. True, some of us have more self control than others. But at the end of the day we all consume.
Most of the time we do this without even thinking. It’s like we’re programmed to purchase without thought. However, sometimes the product being pedaled is so out there that you can’t help but stop and scratch your head.
The latest of these mind-boggling products comes in a convenient drinkable form—Pepsi Special.
This new diet-ish soda is meant to move its consumers, literally. The “special” beverage contains wheat dextrin, an ingredient you may recognize from Benefiber.
Advertised as fat-blocking, this Pepsi keeps the fat moving right through your system. It’s a new take on the diet soda, and is currently only available in Japan.
So if for some reason you think it sounds appealing (and don’t live in Japan), sorry, but you’re out of luck.
Plus, it should be noted that soda as a weight loss plan is never a good idea…no matter how “special” it seems.
