somehow I knew this little guy was going to win! it was so cute watching him "sort of running" beside his handler. the woman to the left in the picture below was the judge who picked malachy for "best in show"out of the last seven dogs. I loved hearing her say how much it meant to her as a native long islander taking part in the westminster dog show - she now lives in colorado.I have to admit, I didn't think malachy was so cute when I first saw him, but after watching him compete, he really grew on me. congratulations malachy!check out this link kitty (from over at new york portraits) shared from the westminster dog show.ps, thanks for such a warm welcome back everyone - it was a long last few months & I really missed connecting with all of you!
