A very happy Friday to one and all! We made it!
And an even happier Friday to everyone’s favorite search engine (or mine, at least), Google, who celebrates their 15th anniversary today.
It’s hard to believe that it’s been that long, and yet for those of us who grew up with Google, it’s hard to remember the world before it.
Since its humble beginnings, Google has expanded will beyond the realm of just a simple search engine. They’ve infiltrated all areas of our life, from Gmail to Google+, and now Google Glass (eventually), Google is everywhere.
It may seem excessive at times, but it’s hard to imagine a world without Google. So, even though we sometimes wish you would just help us find the information we’re looking for instead of millions of other irrelevant sites, products and news articles…but I digress…Happy Anniversary Google!
