It is officially that time of the year when we all have to make some difficult decisions, namely: should I go into work sick.
Let me answer that question for you: no.
Don’t be brave, you’re not being brave, you’re being: “that co-worker.” You know who I’m talking about. The tough cookie who’s coming in to support his/her team even though you fee like death. No one sees it as a selfless act, they see you as a walking, talking contagion. Go home.
