More iPhoneography & Two Bloggers Meet

Posted on the 31 July 2012 by Art Of Mob @artofmob

Yesterday I got to meet one of my blogger buddies in person, Marilyn of Studio 274 Design.  We met at a restaurant between our two hometowns in Southern California and enjoyed a delicious Greek salad while we chatted away.  The time passed so quickly because we have so much in common…art, photography, Photoshop, blogging and appreciating our amazing husbands!

geri and marilynMy new passion, iPhoneography bubbled into much of the conversation and I am willing to bet that Marilyn will have an iPhone before year’s end!

Sadly, as I was bragging about the amazing camera on the iPhone, the one and only photo taken of us was overexposed.  That’s probably my fault because I was using the ProCamera app which has a feature that allows you to set the point for the light source and it was probably set to a dark area of the room, so it completely washed out our faces.  But that’s okay, our smiles come through anyway and it’s a wonderful memory of my first time meeting with the wonderfully charming Marilyn!

Here are a couple of more photos taken with my iPhone and enhanced with apps over the past two days.  Some of the editing was done on my iPad which is so much easier with the larger screen.

I’m so in love with this art form that I may even start another blog as a virtual gallery of my iphoneography for me to watch the progression of my work.

I also installed the Classic Pan camera, which doesn’t take true panoramic photos, but gives the look of one.

Here’s the shot with the regular camera.
