I just made this up tonight. I did random topic Tuesday last year, and thought I’d try for something new. To motivate you tonight towards whatever goal it is that you are going to achieve, I wanted to let you know that Thomas Edison had 1,093 US patents in his name and we mostly know him as the guy who invented the light bulb. Okay, so maybe you remember a few other inventions, but did you know he tested over 3,000 filaments before he even came up with his version of a practical light bulb? Just a reminder of that old adage “If at first you don’t succeed, try again”.
I’m going to keep tonight’s motivational thought short, but I know you can overcome whatever you are facing. This one’s for you.
