I'm always waiting,Bracing myself For the knife that willStab me in the side,The backAnd straight through my heart,Tearing, breakingRibs and lungs
I have died young too many times.I did not survive to wonder if I'll endure again,Wondering if he isn't any different
Because I know he'll twist it further inBefore leaving
And I, Bleeding wounds, Working hard on healing.
