It’s October once again and this month marks the most awaited festival of the City of Smiles — the Masskara Festival 2011.
This is the time of the year where colorful masks parade the streets of Bacolod in a very lively and festive atmosphere. Masskara 2011 opened yesterday and the daily events would last until the 19th of the month.
