If you are a professional and you wanted to get a Certified True Copy of PRC document and go to the nearest Office of Consular Affairs (O.C.A.) before going to the DFA Authentication Offices.PRC documents can be authenticated from O.C.A. are:
- Board Rating
- Certificate of Passing
- Registration Certification
- Professional Registration Cards
Requirements:
- Duly accomplished Action Sheet (AS)
- Original and copy of professional license or registration certificate to be authenticated with metered documentary stamps.
- Official receipt.
Steps:
- Accomplish a Action Sheet for Authentication for DFA Download
- Pay for metered documentary stamps at the CSC (Customer Service Counter). Make a copy of documents have it metered documentary stamps (15php per stamp)
- Pay 75php per copy (Registration copy/ Professional I.D./ Professional License).
- Present duly accomplished AS together with document and receive your claim slip at: Window 16, 18 and 30.
- Claim your documents as scheduled.
Advisory when claiming:
- The Deadline for claiming authenticated documents shall be three (3) months from the date of release as indicated on the claim stubs
- If the applicant is unable to claim their documents personally, the applicant may send an authorized representative to claim documents with Authorization letter or Special power of attorney from the applicant and photocopy of the ID of both applicant and representative.
