I bring good tidings, you can stop worrying about how bad stress is for you.

In fact you probably should stop worrying about how bad stress is for you.  It’s doing you just as much damage as the stress itself.

Yes, that’s right, your perception of your stress level can be just as damaging as stress itself.

Although, I can’t help but wonder if whether or not your perceived stress is lower or higher than your actual stress level impacts the impact of your perception of your perceived stress.

The important thing to remember is to remain calm, and perceive yourself as doing so.
