This weeks work of the week is …..Relax!! We all love relaxing at some point, right? Who doesn’t love to have a massage or a nap in the day…I certainly love both! Yesterday myself, my Mum, sister, sisters friend and Aunty Karen went to Rushden Hall spa and it’s was sooooo lovely. I’d never been to a spa before so I had no idea what to expect, but it was wonderful. The building itself was beautiful and as a typical girl I started imagining a fairytale wedding! We first went into the changing rooms to get changed into our gym (YES, WE USED THE GYM!) clothes and had a very quick workout! Then for the rest of the day we all chilled in our swim wear and gowns, in and out of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room…which I must say is mighty hot but very nice knowing you’re cleansing all the bad out of your skin. We all had a treatment each, I had a tension melt back massage which was divine and almost sent me to sleep.
