Pandora gave Internet radio users something to sing about this week.
They’re giving us back our free, unlimited, semi-customizable radio.
After 6 months of having to look elsewhere for our online tunes after we hit our 40-hour monthly limit, we can once again listen to our heart’s content…for now.
As all loyal Pandora listeners know, this is not the first time that Pandora has tried to put a lid on our online tunes.
The last attempt to institute a free-listening cap was lifted in September 2011, only to be restored this past February. So who knows how long we’ll have this time.
However, with the impending release of iTunes Radio, which so far hasn’t mentioned a cap of any kind…I’m feeling good about our free radio.
