River Is Bringing Back The 90's

The 90's were a fairly cool time fashion wise (if you discount a lot of the neon and the boys with their jeans hanging half way down their butts). It was a time (at least in the early 90 to mid 90's) where grunge reigned supreme. Where checked shirts, baggy jeans, DM's, cute flowery dresses and band t-shirts were all the rage - the surfer look was also in.
This morning whilst dressing River, I found myself thinking about all these things, in particular some very cool band t-shirts... My personal favourites were my Nirvana t-shirt, a Pearl Jam one that I 'borrowed' from my first proper boyfriend and my beloved full sleeve Smashing Pumpkins one... 
So in homage to my teens and my love of bands - I dressed River in a very cute Nirvana t-shirt and as cute as it is (and it is) - it is not even half as cute as he is :)
