Another day, another American institution hit hard by the recession.
This week’s victim—Wal-Mart.
Before you scoff at the misfortune of this Goliath of all things retail, take a second, and see how they’re rolling back.
The greeters are being pushed back. No longer glorified cart corralers, greeters will now stand a whole ten feet inside of their respective Wal-Marts.
Of course, Wal-Mart’s executives overlooked one tiny detail when designing this new system.
This shocking switch-up, begs the question: How will Wal-Mart customers find their way into the stores?
