No matter how bad the content is or not up to par you think your work is, keeping a consistent flow of content is important to build that readership and viewership you need to expose yourself. The commitment to this is important to also shape your knowledge, and grow to your capabilities.
For myself, I want to build my knowledge and skill in my writing and filming. I keep a notebook with me whenever or wherever I can bring it, so when I have the itch to note a thought or when something stimulates me to write an idea, I would take it out and scribble away. For the many instances I unfortunately don't have it on me I take out my phone.
I have little write-ups everywhere.
When it comes to filming my notebook or phone would be my source. The ideas are written in there, but most of the times my video ideas come at spontaneous times and with that platform as well would I have little projects floating around. Yet to be completed.
The message I am giving out is to just keep at it and try your best and not deter from your goals. If you want to be a better writer then keep writing. If you want to film don't stop the ideas form coming and just keep filming whatever you feel like. Publish your work and let others see. It's a growing process you have to take in order to develop. It's long and hard but those who have successes has gone through it.
Unless you have money and bought your way to the top. Boo, you.
