In the world of nine to five jobs (or five to nine), we’ve all had our more controlling bosses…or at least heard stories about them.
While we all like to think that our personal experience is by far the most horrific, Yahoo’s CEO Marissa Mayer is gunning for that title.
In honor of her one year anniversary, she is distributing Up fitness bands to all 11 thousand Yahoo employees.
On the surface, that sounds like a kind gesture. However, these trendy wrist devices, track movement, sleep patterns as well as other data.
It may sound sweet, but at the of the day it’s controlling with a bit of creepiness mixed in.
