My friend Kate and her sketching over at Sketch and Wash is my inspiration today. I usually don't use my notebook for washes, but after some experimenting I found that I works perfectly fine. The important thing is to not use too much water in order to avoid that the paper cockles.
I'm off to the post office to pick up my new W&N Cotman brushes and the acrylic ink that I've ordered. Can't wait to start using all of it! I have so many ideas.
