Today is 7/11/19, and I think we all know what that means...
That's right, it's been 215 years since the fateful day Aaron Burr shot Alexander Hamilton...
And what better way to commemorate it than by also celebrating Free Slurpee...I mean 7-Eleven...Day?
I think we can all agree that all the Founding Fathers would want us to enjoy that small liberty, one that was fought so hard for.
I mean, wasn't the whole point that we could live in a country where we had the luxury to enjoy the little things?
I'm not here to promote 7-Eleven or tell you to go get your free Slurpee. I am here to tell you that if you want the Slurpee, get the Slurpee, and enjoy it.
Those little sweet moments are what make everything worth anything, so Slurp it up, or whatever your Slurpee is. You do you and enjoy it.
Or as Alexander Hamilton would say...
But, also...
"There is a certain enthusiasm in liberty, that makes human nature rise above itself, in acts of bravery and heroism..."
Alexander Hamilton
