It's starting to feel like the end of summer is rapidly approaching, which must mean it's August. As the long days and warm nights start to wane, it seems more urgent than ever to enjoy and savor what's left.
Personally, the end of the season has me feeling nostalgic. Growing up, June through August wasn't just summer it was Muny season.
For those who didn't grow up in St. Louis, that means classic musicals under the stars with a full orchestra and a stage the size of half a football field. It's like summer stock but on a Broadway scale.
It was heaven (and still is).
