It’s hard to pass up a pro-chocolate study, and this week offered some good news for chocolate-lovers.

A new study conducted by Harvard researchers shows that two cups of hot chocolate a day improves blood flow to the brain and memory and thinking skills.

Okay, so the catch is that the study was conducted with people over the age of 65.

It doesn’t seem quite fair, does it. Why can’t the the young people benefit from chocolate too?

Sure, you’ll find plenty of studies that say an ounce or two of chocolate a day is good for your heart, but they get two whole cups.

I guess we’ll just have to take comfort in the fact that next year’s study will find that improved blood flow to the brain in senior citizens leads to an increased risk of diabetes and obesity.

Because you can never just have your hot cocoa and drink it too.
