I actually can’t believe it’s Friday! The last two weeks have just flown by for me. I’m three weeks into my new job and I still haven’t mastered the swing of things yet; I’ve got to figure out that whole work/life balance thing, ya know? That being said, I can’t wait to veg out, drink beer and go swimming at the Toronto Islands this weekend.

Had a blast chillin’ with my parents — they came down to Toronto for a visit and we did something kind of odd. We took a double-decker bus tour and laughed the entire time. The best part was that the debit machine was out of service and the guy working was nice enough not to kick us off. Instead, he told us to just enjoy the free ride — how nice! Got caught in a terrible rain storm while wearing blue flats and the dye from the shoes stained my feet blue. I had Smurfette feet for 2 days. (I.Kid.You.Not)
