The Art of Sitting Up... (The Wonders of the Bumbo Chair)

It is amazing seeing River and Indigo experiencing new things. Though my lovely pioneers are not quite ready/big/ or strong enough to sit up by themselves I decided that they were ready to try out the Bumbo chair we were given (we need to get another one stat so they don't have to keep taking turns and one that is preferably not pink, as it is probably best not to emasculate my boy). Anyway Indigo took to the chair like a pro, strong steady in her miniature throne of pink, and River after a little bit of tight rope teetering-style unsteadiness settled in and is now as stable in it as his sister.
If you don't have a Bumbo chair for your baby(ies) and you are thinking of getting one - take the plunge. They are awesome! The babies seem to love the new view of the world they have from this lovely little seat and they both seem to be very supported and comfortable.
