The Presidents as Cartoon Characters

Well...okay, all the presidents I can actually remember holding office.  (Dating myself...)
That means Clinton, Bush, and Obama.  Shut up, I'm only 23.
I selected these cartoon characters based on a rigorous set of criteria: some vaguely similar personality trait, and looking hilarious.

 

This is what happens when I'm allowed on my computer while drunk.
