There's More to Manchester Than the City Centre

The other week I purposely went to Manchester with my friend to visit the Northern Quarter since hearing and reading good things about the cafés and local shops- I was impressed by the atmosphere and brilliant street art, I also went to a few vintage thrift stores to try and bag a nice item of clothing.. Which I successfully did. Later on the day, we took a trip down Oxford Road where the famous Cornerhouse was situated and had lunch and coffee, then spent the next half hour browsing through their art exhibition.
