Exercise type number 1 :
This certain type of exercise is for quite flexible people but don't worry the next one will be for every one! Here is a list of instructions for you to follow that will be followed by pictures to demonstrate. If you start to raise your lower back, and lift your legs in the air, this shall raise your body from the lower pelvis downward. Stiffen one of your legs upward, and bend the other down. Like the image shown. Then pointing your toes, and rotating your legs as if a bicycle motion.This will give you a thigh reducing and building exercise. Whilst flexing your back tenderising the ab and back muscles.
Firstly, put your heels together, point your toes, stiffen your knees, slowly lift your legs like the image shown. Then "scissor" vigorously.
This will reduce thigh fat and tenderising the muscle in your legs.Last tip :
This one is again for flexible people so may be hard for some readers.
Lying on your back, push your body up with your hands, twisted round to support you and pushing off from your legs, like image shown. Raise your lower torso, whilst keeping your head and arms in the position shown. Do this repeatedly.
This tip will exercise your back muscles, legs muscles, arm muscles, and tone your torso.
