Happy Friday! And welcome to the first post-Oscars Flick Friday!
Now we embark on that brief span of time between Oscars season and Summer Blockbusters (and it gets shorter every year). Go crazy, folks!
If you want to see “Zootopia,” you go see “Zootopia.” (Yes, I want to see “Zootopia.”)
If you want to see “The Witch,” good luck. I hear it’s terrifying.
If you want to see “The Revenant,” you clearly have not ready my review, help yourself now, before it’s too late: …contemplate
The point is (and really with movies and art this is always the point), see what you want to see. If it makes you happy, it doesn’t matter if it has a 98% or 2% on Rotten Tomatoes (unless it’s “The Revenant” and then I’d like to have a serious conversation with you about what appeals to you in that movie…seriously).
