Friends, I’m away for the weekend, but I wanted to take a moment and share this video with you. This is a video statement from General Morrison, the Chief of the Australian Army, addressing unacceptable behavior in his ranks. My friends, this is a leadership win. THIS is how you address issues within your ranks. If they act upon General Morrison’s words, they will truly effect a change in culture.
