I have no idea why I think my money is going to multiply in my bank like tiny bunnies, but it sure is fun to live that way for a few days. A tiny bonus in the bank has me thinking I have all kinds of money to spend. Sadly, it was spent before it ever even made it to the bank, but let’s keep that a secret shall we? Anyway, after the weekend trip away I decided my eldest daughter needed new clothes for her birthday. Then I decided I needed new clothes because I had this outfit in my head and didn’t quite have all the pieces. I needed the dress and the boots…I had the undergarments covered. I then had to research the nearest cowgirl boot shop and it went down hill from there.
I took my kids to lunch and the park thinking I was finally done, but one of my very nice friends let both of my girls have a sleepover, so I found myself ready for a date night we so rarely get. We put the dinner we were going to make away and I quickly got ready for a dinner and movie night with my man. For dessert, I had a watermelon mojito at our fancy Cine Bistro bar. Sigh. That was fun. So the thought for today is spend money like it’s going out of style. No, not really, but do something fun without worrying about it for a change.
