12

Posted on the 03 October 2012 by Paige
Being twelve years old is so weird, bizarre, strange and confusing.
It's one year away from being a teenager but your still a kid.
You can do stuff like; stay home alone for an hour, start the washing machine and read a whole novel in a few day if you want, but you can't; go to the store by yourself, you can't do anything to get money (not even baby-sitting, nobody will hire you until your at least 14), you can't have a Facebook account and you can't sit in the front seat (and I will think of more stuff kids can't do later).
I feel mature and I do stuff most kids don't do like; drink tea, watch The Ellen Show, blog, use semicolons (I hope I'm using them correctly) and listen to jazz music.
I also still feel like a kid (I don't feel like explaining why now, I'm tired).
