I wish
I could sit by a lake
Swans smarming it in hundreds
Ducks filling up the emptyness
With their noisy quacks
And a slightly pacy wind
Pacy enough to just graze me by
And to tell me she is here
Here to dwell on the eerieness
And to lift dust and leaves
And clear the garbled tracks
I wish i could see
How my life force looks
Hanging in a bundle of melded threads
I wish i could see
Handle the warmth of a cool breeze
Aligning her genial bosom against my chest
I wish i could be
As puny as this lake is
But yet be
A man worthy….
