Beautiful Salads and People

Beauty, something that has so much influence on us. Wither it's a potential spouse or what you are going to eat for lunch, Beauty is always there. Tempting you, manipulating you, forcing you to do things that that you wouldn't normally do. This vicious desire for beauty ruins our lives, rips us away from our true desires then leaves us out in the cold when it inevitably disappears.
Eventually you always look under the vial and all you are left with is what is under that facade of false hope. That salad that looks so beautiful and delicious is really just an intricate pile of vegetables and once you mix it up you see it for what it is; You think to your self "Do I even like radishes? Broccoli doesn't taste good! Why am I even eating this?".
Please don't be fooled by beauty, always look past it and see what lies beneath; the ingredients that make up the salad are the most important part. Sure it helps to display them in an attractive manner, but that can't be all there is, no one will ever finish a salad that doesn't taste good. If you're making a salad take the time think it out, put in something that will keep them coming back for seconds because in the end all that matters is the taste.
