Disclaimer: I've not been officially diagnosed with Depression
There's this really nice Australian, (maybe it's British?) video on YouTube, were they describe having depression like having this big blue (maybe grey).
Anyways, sorry-I got distracted with Danny Phantom stuff on Tumblr.
What I'm trying to get around to is that for the first time in like, three years (quite possibly ever) I needed to leave school because of how depressed I felt, and when I say that, I mean like, my mind felt all foggy, I wasn't up to my usual perky chatter, and I wouldn't have been productive at all if I had stayed in class.
I kept thinking of that post that said a teacher sent a student with mental health problems home because mental health should come before school work.
I wish there was some way to figure out what's going on, because this sucks.
And being pretty light headed doesn't feel any nicer.
But the 2 hour nap felt good-who knows, maybe eleven hours of sleep will perk me right up.
Anyways, I think after curling gets done I'll be updating here more, although, no promises.
