How long have you been blogging? What got you started in blogging? Has your blog changed?
I started blogging in mid-December 2011 [about 7 months ago]. I started blogging right before Christmas when I came across Jessica's blog. She was super cute & reminded me of a younger version of myself. I immediately felt a connection with her genuine personality. My blog has changed most recently in design as well as content. For the first 6 months or so, I spent a lot of time in the blog stratosphere trying to figure out where I fit in. Once I decided to just be myself and write for me, things began to fall into place.
Did you go to college? If so, where and what did you study?
I am currently a full-time student at Boise State University studying for a Nursing degree.
Where have you traveled? I was born & raised in Connecticut and have traveled to New York, Boston, Nantucket, Georgia, Kansas, California, Utah, Idaho, Arizona. I've also traveled cross country by car twice.
If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you buy? The first thing I would buy if I won the lottery is this.
What are your 3 biggest pet peeves? (1) People who hold in something you did thats bothering them, (2) people who tailgate [on the road], and (3) dishonesty.
What is your favorite movie? The Goonies!
What is your drink of choice? Sweet tea.
What is something you enjoy doing during your me time? Does sleeping count? J/K. No really, sleeping.
If you had $10,000 to spend in one store, which would it be? DSW. =)
Share an embarrassing moment from your past... or present? I was 11 years old, walking out of a KMart with my sister & 5 yr. old nephew in tow. I accidentally "passed gas"... or so I thought. The next thing I hear is, "Auntie Rissa, what's that brown stuff running down your pants?" :-\
What day would you love to relive again? My wedding day. I'd say the day miss Sassy was born, but honestly, I'd rather not relive 32 hours in labor.
If your life was turned into a movie, who would you want to play you? Probably Drew Barrymore. I get told I resemble her a little.
What jobs did you have in high school/college? Call me a spoiled brat, but I didn't work through high school or college.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, all expenses paid, where would you go? I'd love to go on a 6 month Eastern European/Mediterranean trip. Barcelona, Monaco, Italy & Greece.

Where do you see your life 5 years from now? In 5 years, I would like to be done with Nursing school. miss Sassy will be almost 17, which pushes the hubs and I closer to "empty nest syndrome" at a very early age. At that time I'd like to be able to pursue more travel Nursing opportunities.
