So now I can officially say that I’m a blogger for The Huffington Post’s blog! Pretty crazy, eh? It’s still nutty when I get an email saying “Your blog post has been published” Wow, really? You sure, Huffington Post? You don’t want to re-read it and reject it – that would seem like the more probable thing to happen…
But alas, they published another one. This is published to their divorce section of The Huffington Post’s blog. It’s a piece I actually wrote during the Blogger Idol competition and one that still is dear to me. It’s about the choice to divorce from my first marriage and what that meant to me.
I’d love it if you took a look and commented on The Huffington Post’s page. Hey, maybe they’ll even feature me one day on their main site’s front page. Damn, I’m going to have to come up with something brilliant for that one. Maybe I’ll just eat some Little Debbie’s snack cakes instead…far less pressure there.
