Clonidine to Nortriptyline

I took Clonidine for a couple nights last week but my low blood pressure dropped to a point that was unsafe, so I had to stop.  The Clonidine didn’t do anything to help me sleep, so that’s not a big deal.  I was started on Nortriptyline 25mg last night and the jury is still out.  While I’m not experiencing any major side effects, I’m also not sure if it helped me sleep.  Time will tell.
