I read Cosmopolis by Don DeLillo almost a year ago. I also posted a review on it here. Reading this book also made me want to write an essay on one of DeLillo’s short stories – Midnight in Dostoevsky. In my post on Cosmopolis I already mentioned a film based on Don DeLillo’s novel was in the works directed by David Cronenberg and was set to be released in 2012. Well, now we’re here and a teaser trailer has been released. It looks really promising! Did I mention Robert Pattinson plays Eric Packer? No, well, now I did. Will this movie get him some real awards?
