She and she enjoyed the same movies,Read the same books,Loved the same man,And although at different points in time,The same man loved them too.
Her love for him she could not explain in words alone,His love for her was the foundation on which she constructed poems,His arms so strong,That would brave any storm,But it was not just her; the other her loved him too.
Apart from him, there was another man,Whom she had fallen out of love with,But his fear of being alone overpowered his sense of self-worthHe pined for her, who was already gone.She did not know what to do; he still loved her too.
He and she loved each other so passionately, it was madness.The other he and the other she seemed unnecessarily heavy baggage.Dreamed together of a life someday, Where the others would’ve let them go,And he would love her and she would love him too.
