The production of this short animated film started as early as 1945 and was a collaboration between Salvador Dalí and Walt Disney. The film was only finished in 2003 by Roy Disney with the help of Gala Dalí and John Hench – the original storyboarder. The film shows the love Chronos (“Father Time) has for a mortal woman. At about the five minute mark there is a 17 second sequence with tortoises which is the original footage.
