The Diamond of the Week award goes to:

Keyshia Ka’oir

For those of you that don’t know who Keyshia Ka’oir is, she was a stylist for several celebrities and she was also the video model that was featured in Timbaland’s music video, Say Something. You can check out the video below:

Welp, she went from being a stylist and a video model to being the owner and founder of her own multi-million dollar cosmetic company, Ka’oir Cosmetics. That’s right, she’s a millionaire…and it all got started because a lot of people were interested in the blue lipstick that she was always wearing. So she decided to create her own line of lipsticks that comes in OVER TWENTY SHADES that consists of white, blue, green, and other shades that are actually very nice. The picture below are the shades from her line:

How about that! And it all started from an idea. So instead of her sleeping on that idea or just thinking about it, she added life to it and now she’s extremely successful because of it. As a matter of fact, certain celebrities such as reality star Snooki and rap artist Trina and have gotten on board with her line and have created their own shade of lipstick with her company.

In the beginning, Ka’oir’s line started off with just various lipstick shades but due to the astronomical success of it, she has launched eye shadows, lip gloss (she calls them ‘lip pops’), nail lacquer, and that’s not even the cherry on top.  With her strong work ethic being the way that it is, there is no limit to how far she can go. Hmmm. I wonder if she can create a shade of lipstick for an author, such as myself. That would be awesome.
